The World Economic Forum expects major job creation and displacement by 2030

The Future of Jobs Report 2025, published 7 January 2025, estimates that macrotrend-driven change by 2030 could create 170 million jobs while displacing 92 million, for a net increase of 78 million globally. Those numbers are global projections, not an India or technology-sales hiring forecast.

Career resilience comes from transferable judgment: discovery, commercial reasoning, technical translation, evidence handling and stakeholder work. Titles will change as AI and digital systems change how work is divided, but people who can connect customer decisions to reliable evidence have a skill set that can travel across products, sectors and sales motions as employer needs shift.
