ASTRA Ready — Terms of use

1. Who we are
ASTRA Ready is operated by AstraReady Technologies India Private Limited, with its registered office in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Certificates are issued by that company under the ASTRA Ready name. Contact: hello@astraready.com.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over. One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; everything done with your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
3. What you may do
Use the programmes, practice, simulations and examinations for your own learning and certification. You may show your credential, use the credential badge while it is valid, and link to your verification page.
4. What you may not do
Copy, record, share, resell or publish any part of our content; sit an examination for someone else or let someone sit yours; use notes, other people or AI tools during an examination; attempt to extract examination questions or answer keys; or use the ASTRA Ready name, marks or badges in a way that suggests a credential, partnership or endorsement you do not hold.
5. Examination rules
The Candidate Handbook forms part of these terms. Breaking its rules may lead to a result being withheld or cancelled, a credential being revoked and a ban from future examinations, with the appeal route set out in the Appeals and complaints policy.
6. Credentials
A credential is personal to you, is valid for 3 years, and shows on the verification page as Valid, Expired, Replaced or Revoked. We may revoke a credential obtained through misconduct or through a material error on our side; you may appeal.
7. Our content
All programme content, examinations, marks and materials remain ours. Nothing here transfers ownership.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Where an interruption stops you completing an examination, the Refund policy applies and you receive a free retake.
9. Payments
Prices are shown before purchase and include applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Refunds follow the Refund policy. Voucher validity is 12 months, or 6 months for ASTRA Tech Fundamentals, from the date of purchase.
10. Liability
Our liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version and its date are always published, and earlier versions remain available.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
