ASTRA Ready Partner Programme

The ASTRA Ready Partner Programme helps commercial and academic organisations extend practical, evidence-led technology learning to the people they already serve. Partnership is built around delivery capability, responsible representation and useful operating support, not a badge for simply submitting a form. Applications are reviewed individually, and approved benefits and commercial terms are confirmed individually in writing.

Two ways to partner

Commercial Partner track. Designed for training providers, resellers, distributors, managed service providers and other organisations that support professional learning or customer-facing technology teams. Commercial Partners can prepare trainers, run cohorts, manage candidate activity through the partner portal and use approved marketing resources. Benefits include free trainer examination vouchers for up to two trainers per programme, partner pricing confirmed individually, faculty kits, directory visibility after approval, selected early-access opportunities, a marketing library, a named contact and quarterly programme reviews.

Academic Partner track. Designed for colleges, universities and learning institutions building employability and technology-commercial judgement into student development. Academic Partners can prepare faculty, map curriculum, manage cohorts through the portal and use programme resources designed for structured teaching. Benefits include free faculty examination vouchers for up to two trainers per programme, learner pricing confirmed individually, curriculum-mapping guidance, placement-readiness reporting, faculty kits, approved directory visibility, co-branded cohort completion letters and opportunities to nominate suitable students for selected betas. Completion letters confirm learning completion; they are not credentials or placement guarantees.

The programme can support ASTRA Ready offerings including the ASTRA Tech Sales Associate programme, the ASTRA Tech Sales Advisor programme and the ASTRA Cybersecurity Sales Specialist programme, subject to programme availability and approved partner scope.

How partnership works

Start by choosing the track that matches how your organisation serves learners. The application asks for enough information to understand your audience, delivery model and intended use. ASTRA Ready reviews the application and may request clarification before deciding whether to approve it.

Once approved, the next step is enablement. ASTRA Ready confirms the partner terms individually, identifies the people who need trainer or faculty preparation, provides the relevant resources and enables the approved portal functions. The first cohort should then be planned against the agreed programme scope, with learner communication using approved descriptions rather than improvised certification, employment or outcome claims.

Partnership does not guarantee leads, revenue, learner numbers, examination results, jobs or placements. It also does not create an exclusive territory.

Frequently asked questions

Who is eligible?

Commercial organisations should be able to support responsible promotion, learner enrolment or delivery for professional audiences. Academic applicants should be established education or learning institutions able to support faculty and cohorts. Every application is reviewed individually; submission alone does not create partner status.

What does it cost to join?

There is no fee to join an approved partner track. Learning access, candidate enrolment, examinations and other programme services remain subject to the terms confirmed for the organisation. Free trainer or faculty examination vouchers apply only to the stated partner benefit.

Do trainers or faculty need ASTRA Ready certification?

Requirements are confirmed for each approved programme. Where the relevant ASTRA Ready credential or examination is required for trainer readiness, the partner benefit provides free examination vouchers for up to two trainers per programme. A voucher does not guarantee a pass or credential.

How is partner or learner pricing confirmed?

ASTRA Ready confirms applicable partner or learner pricing directly with the approved organisation. The terms are confirmed individually and recorded in writing. Public partner pages do not publish pricing bands, percentages or automatic entitlements.

How are leads shared?

ASTRA Ready may introduce a relevant enquiry to an approved Commercial Partner when the fit and sharing conditions allow. Leads are not guaranteed, exclusive or promises of revenue. Follow-up responsibilities are agreed for the specific opportunity.

Do partners receive an exclusive territory?

No. The ASTRA Ready Partner Programme does not grant exclusive geographic or account territories. Customers remain free to choose their provider, and ASTRA Ready may work with multiple approved partners in the same market.

How can a partner leave?

A partner can ask to end participation under the agreed written terms. Existing learner commitments, active cohort responsibilities, confidential materials, data handling and any open operational matters should be closed or handed over responsibly before access is withdrawn.

How are disputes handled?

Raise the issue in writing with the named partner contact and include the relevant records. ASTRA Ready reviews the agreed terms, programme rules and available evidence. Unresolved matters move through the applicable complaints or contractual process; no partner receives special authority by assertion alone.
