The fact
The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025, published 7 January 2025 in Switzerland, says employers expect 39% of workers’ core skills to change by 2030. What this means for a seller
A credential should not be treated as the final step in professional development. Cloud, security and AI offers change, and so do the questions customers ask about them.
Use certification for a defined purpose: to learn or demonstrate a current standard. Then keep building the skills that your actual role requires through customer work, product learning, technical practice and updated assessment where appropriate over time, especially as buyer expectations and tools change.
