Before launch, we are inviting experienced sales, presales, channel and customer success professionals to sit the ASTRA Tech Sales Associate or Advisor exam at no cost and help set a fair pass mark.

The full 120-minute supervised exam at your level, at no cost.

A credential if you pass

Beta candidates who meet the final approved pass mark receive the credential without charge once credentials are issued.

Your answers and your feedback help set a fair pass mark for everyone who follows.

Who we are looking for

People who sell, advise on or support technology: account and inside sales, presales and solution consulting, channel and partner roles, and customer success. We want a mix of early-career, mid-career and senior professionals. You do not need to have taken an ASTRA programme.

Anyone who has seen ASTRA exam content cannot take part.

    Online, on your own laptop with a webcam, alone in a quiet room.

    Results are released once the pass mark is set.

  • Keep all exam content confidential.
  • Your anonymised answers help us evaluate the exam.
  • Results are held until the pass mark is set.
  • Taking part on its own does not award a credential.

FAQ

Is it really free?
Yes. Beta candidates sit the exam at no cost.
Which level should I choose?
Choose Associate if you are earlier in your career or new to technology sales. Choose Advisor if you work on larger, multi-party deals. You can ask for both.
When does the beta run?
Your beta window comes with your confirmation email.
Do I need to take the programme first?
No. The exam is based on the published exam objectives.
What happens to my data?
We use it only to run and evaluate the exam. Supervision images are deleted after 90 days. Read the privacy notice.
