How ASTRA helps

Build shared technology sales judgement and give hiring managers clearer evidence signals

ASTRA Ready helps employers develop customer-facing teams and interpret credentials with clearer boundaries. The programmes build commercial judgement across cloud, security, AI and cybersecurity selling, while disclosed practice and simulations support application. Certification remains separate and supervised. Managers can use programme progress as learning evidence and, once certification is live, verify awarded credentials without treating them as job performance guarantees.

At a glance

  • Structured learning that gives customer-facing teams a shared method for evidence, scope, ownership and decisions.
  • Disclosed practice and simulations that managers can use to reinforce judgement without exposing secure assessments.
  • Three programme routes covering broad technology sales development and deeper cybersecurity commercial judgement for teams.
  • Manager visibility into cohort learning progress when team access is arranged directly with ASTRA Ready.
  • Verifiable credentials once certification is live, with claims bounded to the examination standard actually passed.

How it works

  1. 1

Choose the programme mix that matches team responsibilities, then agree access, cohort structure and reporting needs directly with ASTRA Ready.

  2. 2

Managers track learning progress while employees complete modules, disclosed practice and simulations without treating activity as certification evidence by itself.

  3. 3

Learners review published objectives and use mocks to identify preparation gaps before deciding whether to enter the separate certification route.

  4. 4

When certification is live, complete the separate supervised examination; candidates who meet the approved standard receive the ASTRA Ready credential.

Team access and reporting

Team access is arranged directly with ASTRA Ready so the organisation can define the appropriate programme mix, learner cohort and delivery route before enrolment. Where cohort access is enabled, the nominated manager can see learning progress for the people assigned to that cohort, helping them identify participation and completion patterns without treating progress as an examination result. Certification remains separate. Once certification is live, successful candidates receive verifiable ASTRA Ready credentials through the approved certification process, while managers retain a clearer record of learning participation and awarded credentials where applicable.

What a credential tells you

An ASTRA Ready credential tells you that the holder passed the relevant supervised, case-based examination of commercial judgement at the named level. It does not certify technical engineering, security operations, penetration testing, legal competence, employer performance or suitability for a particular role. Hiring and promotion decisions remain with the employer, using the credential as one bounded evidence point among others.

Frequently asked questions

Does an ASTRA Ready credential prove job performance?
No. It attests only to the relevant examination standard; employers remain responsible for role, hiring and performance decisions.
Can different team members take different programmes?
Yes. Team access can reflect responsibilities, experience and role context; none of the three programmes has a prerequisite.
